Sara Dillard is the Communications Director for the Indiana Immunization Coalition, bringing more than 20 years of experience in brand messaging, content strategy, and marketing to advance public health initiatives through compelling digital storytelling.
In her role, she leads communications strategy for the Coalition and directs national campaigns for We the People Vax, Project HPV Free, and Beware of B, initiatives focused on increasing vaccine confidence and promoting health equity nationwide.
In 2023, she received the Communications and Media Award from the Indiana Public Health Association. Sara is an Ambassador for the Public Health Communications Collaborative, a national network dedicated to strengthening trusted public health communication.
Passionate about creating impact through story and strategy, Sara believes effective communication is at the heart of healthier communities.
