Dr. Ruth Little is an associate professor in the Department of Public Health at Brody School of Medicine, East Carolina University. Prior to joining the faculty at East Carolina University, Dr. Little was employed as a licensed nursing home administrator as well as being a former public health director. Dr. Little is a co-investigator for the PICORI clinical trial testing vaccine confidence in long term care workers with Dartmouth.
