Lisa Johnson is a Senior Program Director at The Dartmouth Institute for Health Care Policy & Clinical Practice (TDI). She has over 25 years of experience in healthcare improvement and research. Ms. Johnson is part of the Coproduction Laboratory at TDI, which is committed to fostering partnerships between patients and their clinicians to suppport their work together to coproduce care based on patient values, preferences, and goals – to ultimately achieve what matters most to the patient. Currently, Ms. Johnson oversees a multi-year randomized controlled trial funded by the Patient Centered Outcomes Research Institute to increase COVID-19 vaccine confidence in long-term care workers. She holds an MBA from the University of Virginia, where she also obtained her undergraduate degree.
