Kaizan Kollin, or “Kai” is the Health Program Manager of Philadelphia Chinatown Development Corporation (PCDC). Kai was born in the Philippines, and grew up in New Jersey, where he received his Bachelor’s of Science from Montclair State University. He moved to Philadelphia in 2021 and achieved his Master’s in Public Health from Thomas Jefferson University in May 2023. He has a passion for community health and moving the needle towards health equity especially for Asian American Pacific Islander communities across Philadelphia. He practices this passion as the Health Program Manager for Philadelphia Chinatown Development Corporation with a goal to make Chinatown Philadelphia, the “healthiest” Chinatown in the nation.
