Dottery Butler-Washington is a highly experienced Supervisor IT Specialist with 35 years of service in the Federal Government. She is recognized for her proactive leadership in the field of information technology, specifically for managing the Department of State’s global helpdesk and implementing innovative strategies to enhance organizational efficiency.

In addition to her professional accomplishments, Dottery is actively involved in community service and advocacy. She serves as an Elected School Board member on the Charles County Board of Education, where she works to represent the interests of students, teachers, and the community. Dottery also holds the position of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated International Co-Director of Social Action and Project Manager for Good Health Wins for Zeta Phi Beta, demonstrating her commitment to social initiatives and community involvement.
Dottery has a MBA in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix and a BS in Computer Information Systems from Saint Leo University. She is a former member of the United States Navy, further highlighting her diverse professional experience and dedication to service.
