Brandi Hight Bank is a strategic communications consultant with more than 15 years’ experience at the intersection of public health, public affairs, and policy. She specializes in behavior change and public affairs campaigns targeting social norms in public health. She worked at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services supporting vaccine communications and policy during the H1N1 flu pandemic and the National Vaccine Plan. At HHS, she launched vaccines.gov, the first cross-government consumer website about vaccines, which is now the resource for COVID-19 vaccines and information.

In addition, Brandi has a long career in federal contracting and creative marketing agencies supporting national and global public health education campaigns on Zika, pandemic and seasonal flu, and prevention services. Her clients include CDC, AHRQ, HHS, the National Foundation for Infectious Diseases, the Vaccine Confidence Project/YouTube, and vaccine manufacturers.

Brandi has an MPH in social marketing and behavior change communications from George Washington University and an undergrad degree in journalism from American University.
